The location is perfect, that’s about it!!! Customer service is nonexistent. The girl at the front desk when I checked in, seemed bothered by her job and acted like she didn’t want to be there, not a welcoming vibe at all. The worse part was when I came back to the hotel around 10:20pm after been out at dinner with family. The gate was locked and nobody at the front desk, I tried my room keys to no avail, I shouted “hello/hola” and called the front desk from my phone, watched/heard it ring and no one answered or came to the lobby to let me in. After waiting outside about 20mins with no signs of activity in the lobby I decided to climb the gate and that’s how I was able to get inside. There was no alarm, no security, not a single soul at the hotel. I made it to my room thinking how dangerous and unsafe that made me feel, anyone can just come in to the hotel and go up to the rooms with no personnel in sight. I wouldn’t stay here again and don’t recommend it to anybody. At check out there was a guy and a girl with the same lackluster attitude of the check in process. I come to Leon often to visit family and I WILL NEVER AGAIN STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
